Picture credits

Each Explore topic in Wondria has one picture. They are photographs and illustrations shared by their authors under open licences, or in the public domain. Wondria staff chose each one. We store them with the app, so a child's device never fetches them from anywhere else.

We are grateful to the people who made them. Each picture's author and licence are also shown under it. We have resized every picture, and the app shows each one cropped to fit its frame. Where we changed a picture in any other way, the table says so. Where a picture is licensed CC BY-SA, our resized copy is shared under that same licence. Public domain pictures need no credit, and we credit them anyway. No author, licensor or agency endorses Wondria.
